Terms of Use

1. What this site is

VDAWN Cruisers is a set of free tools and reference information for Disney Cruise Line ("DCL") fans: sailings and price trends, a fleet tracker, ship and stateroom guides with interactive deck plans, port and excursion information, calculators, and community features (Roll Call, Fish Extender, Pixie Dusting, trip reports and more). VDAWN Travel, our travel-agency side, can also help you book a sailing if you ask.

2. Our relationship to Disney

VDAWN LLC is an independent travel agency and an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. This site is not owned, operated or endorsed by Disney Cruise Line or The Walt Disney Company, and we are not their official representative. "Disney," "Disney Cruise Line," ship and character names and related marks belong to The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates and are used here to describe the services and ships we cover. Deck-plan artwork and stateroom photography are owned by Disney and displayed for informational purposes; you may not copy, scrape or redistribute them. Bookings are made with, and are subject to the terms of, Disney Cruise Line.

3. Information is for planning — not a promise

• Prices. Fares and price ranges shown are informational, may be estimates or a snapshot from a past time, and are not offers. Only a price confirmed by an agent or shown at booking is bookable. Differences between this site and Disney's booking system are not our responsibility.
• Availability, itineraries and dates. Itineraries change. Port-of-call days are often estimated from the sailing's embark and disembark dates. Confirm with Disney before you rely on them.
• Ship positions. Live and "expected" positions come from third-party feeds and projections and can be delayed or wrong. They're for curiosity, never for navigation, safety or time-critical decisions.
• Staterooms and deck plans. Some room data (category, connections, accessibility, muster stations) is compiled from Disney materials and from community sources such as the fan-maintained Muster Station and Room Info spreadsheet, and can contain errors or be out of date. Always confirm details that matter to you — accessibility needs, connecting rooms, and your assembly station in particular — with Disney and on board.
• Tips, guides and calculators reflect our experience and general rules of thumb, not professional, medical or legal advice.

4. Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in. You must be 18 or older, give accurate information, keep your account secure, and are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us right away if you suspect misuse. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Community features and your content

Roll Call, Fish Extender, Pixie Dusting, trip reports, port notes, gift ideas and video submissions are run by and for cruisers. In using them:

• You're dealing with other guests, not with VDAWN. Exchanges, gifts and meet-ups are arranged between members. We aren't a party to them and don't vet participants, gifts or plans. Use good judgement, keep gifts safe and allergen-aware, and never enter a cabin.
• Be kind and be accurate. No harassment, hate, spam, advertising or illegal content. Don't post other people's private information, or photos or names of children.
• Your content stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and adapt what you post so we can run the site, and you promise you have the right to post it.
• Links and embeds. Facebook/WhatsApp group links and YouTube or Matterport tours are third-party content. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
• We may remove content or restrict features at our discretion, without notice.

6. Quote requests and travel-agent services

Submitting a quote request is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side. Our agent services are free to you: we are compensated by the cruise line through commission on completed bookings. We'll try to find you good pricing and cabin options, but the booking contract is with Disney Cruise Line and is governed by its terms, cancellation policies and fees.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• scrape, crawl, copy or resell our data, pricing, deck plans or content at scale, or use automated tools to access the site beyond normal browsing;
• probe, overload or interfere with the site or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• impersonate VDAWN, our agents, Disney or other users; or
• submit false quote requests or false contact information.

8. Intellectual property

The site's own text, design, code, compilations and tools belong to VDAWN LLC and are protected by copyright. Third-party names, images and marks (including Disney's) remain their owners'. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them beyond ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VDAWN LLC and its owners and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings or data, arising from your use of the site — including pricing or data errors, missed or changed sailings, or dealings with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) from third-party claims arising from content you post or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law permits.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, please contact us so we can try to work it out informally.

13. Changes and general

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest stays in effect, and our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
