How it works

Each stateroom door has a hook (the “fish”). People hang a pocket organizer on it, and everyone in the exchange drops a small gift in each other’s pockets during the week.

  1. Anyone can start an exchange: a name, rules, a budget (e.g. “$3–5 per cabin”) and who it’s for. A sailing can have several running at once.
  2. Cabins join the ones that fit, adding stateroom number, party, favorite characters and allergies.
  3. The curator splits everyone into small groups (auto-sorted by cabin number, or moved by hand) or runs one big open exchange.
  4. You see your group’s shopping info and a personal checklist to tick off each cabin as you deliver.
